deepescrow

Crypto Escrow for transactions under 1000$

Fee Structure

Detailed Example: Domain Transaction

Step 1: Initiation

John wants to buy example.com from Sarah. He visits deepescrow.com/start_escrow and fills out the form with:

  • His name and email: John Doe, john@email.com
  • Service description: "Purchase of example.com domain"
  • Requirements: "Transfer of domain ownership to my GoDaddy account"
  • Other party details: Sarah Smith, sarah@email.com

Step 2: Notification & Agreement

DeepEscrow sends an email to Sarah with John's request. Our team also reviews the transaction details. Sarah confirms she owns the domain and agrees to sell it for $800.

Step 3: Invoice & Payment

DeepEscrow issues an invoice to John for $824 ($800 + 3% fee). John chooses to pay in Bitcoin and sends the equivalent amount to our secure wallet address.

Step 4: Domain Transfer

After confirming payment, DeepEscrow notifies Sarah to transfer the domain to our holding account. Sarah initiates the transfer and provides the authorization code.

Step 5: Verification & Completion

DeepEscrow verifies the domain transfer is complete and that the domain matches the agreed specifications. We then:

  • Transfer the domain to John's GoDaddy account
  • Release the payment (minus our fee) to Sarah's preferred cryptocurrency address
  • Send confirmation emails to both parties with transaction details

This entire process typically takes 24-48 hours, ensuring both the buyer and seller are protected. John only pays when he knows the domain exists, and Sarah only transfers the domain when she knows the payment is secured in escrow.

How It Works

  1. Initiate the Escrow: Fill out our form with all required information about the transaction, including your details, the service/product, and the other party's contact information.
  2. Notification: We automatically forward this information to both our support team and the other party involved in the transaction.
  3. Review & Agreement: Our team reviews the transaction details. Both parties must confirm and agree to the terms before proceeding.
  4. Invoice Issuance: Once agreement is reached, we issue an invoice to the buyer with payment instructions.
  5. Secure Payment: The buyer sends payment in cryptocurrency to our secure escrow wallet.
  6. Asset Transfer: After payment confirmation, the seller transfers the asset to DeepEscrow (e.g., domain ownership, digital product, service delivery).
  7. Verification & Release: We verify the asset meets the agreed requirements, then transfer it to the buyer and release funds to the seller.
